I know, I just can’t remember the last time he was brilliant, I can remember though the last 30 times he’s been terrible.

Yes he’s been poor, but we’ve surrendered all positive intent. I knew as soon as I saw the team selection. Same v Oxford.

We’ll be better 2nd half for sure, when he gets the players on that should have started. I’d also have Turton on and Gabriel forward in place of Kemp.
 
We were second to the ball all over the place. We've got to be hungrier, we got to look threatening, we've got to make them worry.
PS. Take Kaikai off. I've completely lost patience with that man.
 
Second best for most of that half. Kaikai isn't doing it at all right now, I don't know why but he shouldn't be anywhere near the first team.
The focus, application, determination and composure just isn't there from any of our players and that's so disappointing. To be honest they need a bollocking at half time because we aren't fighting hard enough for the ball, very very weak and consequently it isn't sticking up front.
The second half needs to be an enormous improvement if we're to get anything from this.

Kai Kai and Kemp anonymous.

Totally abject just punting long balls hoping Madine can win something against their giant CBs.

Needs a total rethink at half time.

The running theme is not scoring a lot, all season.

But when its tight there is a distinct lack of quality on the ball at times, bad touch here, wrong choice there meaning attacks fizzle out to nothing not even an attempt.

We've had almost zero quality really and most of our play has been to boot it forward aimlessly. 🙄
 
Need to go 4 4 2, get Yates on upfront with madine and tell kaikai to go sit on the bus. Swap Robson for ward and get Anderson and kemp running the wings. Stop sending aimless balls into the land of the giants and keep it on the floor. Fast passing to feet
 
Losing at lot in the air and midfield. Ten minutes then Kaikai off, Anderson wide and Yates on is the first call for me if nothing changes. Can see this just drifting away with a ref that gives them everything. Id like to see how many Shrewsbury players were in the area when the penalty was taken.

Were second best in the middle Robson and Dougall both look uninterested KaiKai and Anderson too.
That's four key players missing.

Ref ruining the game ...whats new!

Homer....anyone else notice he bump fisted at least half their team going out and then not one Blackpool player...and then there is the foul count...it’s a good job my other half is upstairs and out of swearing range.
 
That’s been as poor as we’ve played for along time.

The extended break really looks to have done us no favours at all.

Need a change in personnel and shape second half. It’s been really easy for Shrewsbury to deal with any attack we’ve mounted.

Ro’shaun Williams looks a player, at 22 he’d be perfect for us as a signing.
 
He picks Kaikai because when he is on form he is the best we have in that position, he isn't having a good month but no need for the complete overreaction from some people.
Needs to change it and Kaikai is an obvious one to change but do none of you ever have a bad day at work!!

Get KackyKai OFF! Robson needs to either get involved, or get off too. We won't score at all with this half reserve team playing.

Yeah but I still put maximum effort in every day. He’s a lazy sod.

There was certainly no Pool players, they were all ball watching..very poor.
 
433 just doesn't work, it's a waste of time. We need Yates playing off Madine and we are also REALLY missing CJ. I can see Luballa getting 30 minutes later too.

We just look second best tonight so credit the the Shrews. We are still a really good team though and we can turn this round.

I’m surprised NC left it the same for 45 mins. They set up 352 and we’ve been out battled in the middle . 442 would give us a fighting chance and a bit of width to get behind their back 3. Like you say, madine ain’t doing it yet tonight and the other 2 up front are very lightweight.

His confidence will be low as well l suspect
 
Kaikai was effective at the beginning of last season when playing through the middle off a striker or two.

May need to try him in that position now, and put Keshi out on the left.

He is just too ineffective out on the wing.
