I feel this OP is a bit xenophobic. Just because he’s Welsh he doesn’t deserve such hatred.

Thread should be deleted as it contravenes a well established AVFTT Law and is a wanker’s trick tbh

What a crock of shite. Phil used to abuse a certain poster daily, starting threads about him and just abusing him whenever, same with Blood, then when it got turned around they brought in phils law😂 they are a pair of wusses who cant handle it after giving it out for so long.

I'm not your biggest fan Phil and I'm happy to tell him that he talks rubbish, just so he gets a reaction or goes for another run chase.
95% of the time he just says something controversial and just sit's back and 🎣....I'm sure he's just joining in for another tonne up on this thread

Critch has achieved some of the highest coaching badges in the EFL....you got a 100m front crawl swimming badge....
Critch started when the Pool were languishing in L1....were now in the Championship and doing better than PNE and 11(?) other teams......but we lose a game and he's ** ecstatic......because he pops a comment on here......and people go ballistic

A back 3 you say?......Well Critch is looking for a new Number 2..........And you talk Number 2.......Maybe you could send him your CV...

We still need to add creativity and goals from midfield, and a strong, mobile striker who is good in the air and has an eye for goal. January transfer window may give us an opportunity to address these issues?
Also, I think there are occasions where a 3-5-2 / 5-3-2 formation might suit us.
