Fuchs and Norburn both available for transfer.

Not for me. Although Norburn has had a decent season following a bad injury by all accounts

I wouldn't be surprised to see Norburn being considered. His experience would come in handy too.
Im not sure how good he is but he looks to be a unit> Win the ball and give it. Thats all we need. Maybe a Southern type midfielder.

Virtue will be back so it will be interesting to see where he fits in, if at all!

Rhys Williams is available this summer. He was hopeless last season but Klopp had him looking fine when called on. Could Critch do the same?

Is there a proper CB in there somewhere (I didn’t see it last season but then again very few players looked capable)

In fairness to Rhys, he wasn't the only player to be left massively exposed under Crappletons tactics. I actually think he started to improve and I'm sure under Critchley, against L1 opposition he'd be just fine. My only gripe would be wanting a centre back with a bit of experience. If Critchley doesn't think Casey and Tharme are ready, we need 2 CBs so I wouldn't be upset if we signed him as long as the other is an older head.

He was fine at rcb, not so much at lcb. If Marv were to leave I wouldn’t be too disappointed with him as the replacement.

I think he managed to keep Troy Deeney quiet so there is a player there.
However he would cost and we need to re evaluate Casey and Tharme before paying out for a CB, also Taylor Moore is a free.
We will not have a lot to spend, so rather that money was spent on a striker or elusive playmaker.

We need a presence in midfield but the serious issues to address are up front.

He’d probably be more in Critchleys mould of one passing centre back paired with Marvellous Marv who can’t pass for toffee but can defend and score goals

Williams was gash to start with, his positional play was all over the place but I did think he improved a bit before he left. If he'd had Keogh alongside him I'm sure he'd have been decent. We have a real player in Lyons, quick, comfortable on the ball and an eye for goal as well. Carey has gone backwards since Critch left, he doesn't get involved as much as he should but I'm sure now we have Critchley back he will get back on track. The whole team will have a purpose and be far better organised.
