How would you rate Sadler so far?

Having read Mansford's comments yesterday, it does sound actually like he's a hands off Chairman and he's leaving the board to get on with running the club on a day to day basis. However, at the end of the day, he is running this as a business and therefore Mansford etc will know the bar is set high for them to succeed or fail.

I think Simon Sadler is doing a fantastic job getting our club going in the right direction he’s done so many things already in the short time he’s owned the club which is pleasing to see.
He has invested in the playing side and as Ben said in the gazette they want to have players in the club with a value so to me that can only be a fab thing
For the above alone I mark him a 10/10
Well done Simon Sadler. Onwards and upwards. All things take time and he will make sure everything is perfect for the club and it’s fans
We can finally look forwards now

I'm not going to give marks as it is completely meaningless but needless to say he is infinitely better than the previous regime.
Plus points;
- club has improved in every area since he took over
- ongoing incremental improvements
- financial commitment and investment in playing squad

Negatives;
- seems a bit knee-jerk in some important decisions such as;
- appointment of Grayson and backing him financially but then giving him only two games with his choices of players.
- sacking of Grayson with no plan B in place - would it have been better to leave Grayson in place whilst lining up a successor (two outcomes are then possible Grayson improves and stays, Grayson is sacked and new manager appointed immediately). Both of those outcomes are better than the current limbo IMO.

All in all very good and at last we can look forward to the future with some confidence.

Grayson didn’t work out, some thought he would, some thought he wouldn’t. I was underwhelmed by his appointment, but I didn’t think we’d see the turgid football he chose to play.

As far as SS is concerned, he’s one of our own, and whilst he’s quite rightly appointed a board to run the club, I’m sure he’ll want to have the final say in such a crucial decision.

Thank you Simon for what you’ve done for us.

Invested in the Stadia the infrastructure and the staff both on and off the pitch. Sacked a manager for playing football the wrong way.
10/10

I'm delighted to have him as the owner of BFC.
He is of course new to the job but he has proved himself in his "day job" so I see no reason why he won't prove himself in this one but it's a steep learning curve.
