Games in league 1 tonight.

Could do with Reading doing us a favour at home to Derby and Barnsley v Oxford being a draw. Can’t see anything than a home win for Bolton v Cheltenham though unfortunately 🤔
I mentioned that Cheltenham had turned a corner when they put up a spirited performce against us.
You wouldn’t have it and blamed Pool for a below par performance.
They were rock bottom and 6 points adrift of the next team.

Well I wouldn’t bet heavily on a Bolton win tonight. They have done OK since!

Yeh Derby & Bolton both have what look like straight forward 3 points. The big one for us is Barnsley v Oxford who are our main two targets! Agree a draw would be best, however, someone has to drop points and they will both lose a game in hand!

Gaining 1 point isn’t much better in my opinion than a defeat, it’s wins that move you places 👍🏼

Still think we were below par that night……. it was nearly a case for their fans to sing “3-0 and you fcuked it up” 🤔

It’s about this time of the season that those teams who are going to wobble start wobbling.
Let the wobbling commence 😎
Every team tends to go through a sticky patch during a season it's how they respond and how quickly that is the big factor. Also, injuries to key players will hurt the teams who lack depth in their squad. We've come through a hectic schedule with players coming back from injury and the addition of Coulson who looks a step up from Thompson.

We definitely have the depth that other teams don’t have. A midweek break is also ideal for us before a tough game on Saturday……let’s hope Charlton pick up a few injuries tonight and maybe even have a couple sent off 😂

Northampton are the best side I have seen us play against this season, its no surprise they are on a really good run and just one place behind us in the table.

Been watching a bit of Bolton vs Cheltenham. Whenever I've watched Bolton, and admittedly that's not often, I've been less than impressed and tonight is no different. They do seem to grind out wins though.
Cheltenham have just had a goal ruled out for a very dubious offside decision which even the Bolton commentator couldn't see.

Probably just got to finish above Oxford and Stevenage into sixth as Junior says. Stop worrying about the other five, if some of them come back all well and good. And then, bring it on. I know Stevenage have games in hand but it looks possible (at least after a glass of Scotland's finest).

It's down to us, no one else, we have to keep winning, Saturday is a must win and it will be just like us to lose th a Charlton side who have just lost in the 97th minute and who will have a new manager, if we lose that we can kiss goodbye to anything, we have to catch up.

A few decent results tonight, just need to keep winning and we'll gain on those around us as some drop points here and there.

I wouldn't worry about anyone below, teams on good runs will fall away soon enough and if we don't win it doesn't matter what they do below, as we just won't catch those above.

About as good a set of results as was possible
We still have to do what we haven't done since 2007 and go on our famous "perfect 10" although with 1 in the bag only 9 to go.
Am I dreaming ? NO!! We can do it .
