I'm not. He might, but Embleton will start if it's Lincoln. Otherwise Anderson or Kaikai. I can't see how you leave Mitchell out after tonight really. He's been a slow burn but he's really got it together now and his confidence is sky high.

As good as Mitchell was, his selection made perfect sense for this particular game. Oxford were always going to attack and take risks, so Mitchell with his pace was the perfect counter to that. Depending on who we play it won’t be as open and crazy, so I’m not convinced he’ll start.

That’s always going to be the problem for Sunderland. If he’s not a known name or a sizeable transfer fee, they won’t sign them.
Big club mentality - name over ability.
