Seen a few people saying then won’t renew there season ticket if Appleton gets the job. Very curious how many have that opinion ?
 
Already renewed as others have.

If history repeats itself and we rehire Appleton to once again replace a popular positive manager like the fun vampire of Christmas past then it's not going to be a cheery time but who the fuck cancels because of the manager?
 
Already renewed 4. Looking at the gazette online just now I think it’s gunna be Appleton reading between the lines as him and rosenior been interviewed twice and rosenior not been offered the job and an announcement imminent

Already did ours when we had no manager, people should give anyone a chance who the board think is right....

But really does it have to be someone we've had and isn't popular?

Just get someone new ffs and who will inspire the fanbase, sell ST, it's not pissing difficult.
 
I think we have to trust they will choose they best we have available.

If Sadler was a taxi driver who bought a run down taxi and did it up. Started getting regular business and doing well but then his night driver quit to work in a car wash. I’m sure he wouldn’t hire a new driver who might crash it into a tree on his first week.
 
I get people not renewing because of financial hardship but some people need to give their heads one almighty wobble if it’s because they don’t agree with the new manager appointment. FFS we spent 4/5 years boycotting the club so why boycott again (albeit for different reasons)? If the rumours are true about recruitment budgets then so be it after all it’s what we’ve been used too for as long as l can remember! SS has invested millions of his own personal wealth in getting the clusterfuck that the Oystons left the club in back to some kind of normality, and he’s committed £30m + in a new training ground and an east stand so we can’t expect him to spunk away more money than he has budgeted for. If, and again it’s only rumours, that LR has demanded a greater budget then he needs to realign his expectations coming from a club like DC who are in serious trouble due to overspending.

Whoever is appointed we as fans need to get behind him, SS and the club.

It is going to be a very very difficult 2nd season, the Championship will be a lot more competitive next season. Can't see us out of the bottom 10 all season with the negative, anti football tactics that seem to follow MA throughout his management career.

Plus I wasn't happy the ex nobber joined us 1st time round so why should I be happy this time?
 
I've already renewed and will back whoever it is we appoint. If it's Appleton , fair enough. He did a reasonable job on a limited budget at Lincoln, and seemingly left us last time after being promised the earth by the O's and finding out it was scorched earth, so I don't hold that against him.

Most who post about not renewing are Wum,s or Knobbers. It really won’t effect our ST sales much whoever we appoint.
