Might just feel a little bit of pressure after that defeat and wonder if players he intended to rest will suddenly appear on the team sheet?
He should play Dougall. He'll be fresh after that good rest he had at the weekend.Might just feel a little bit of pressure after that defeat and wonder if players he intended to rest will suddenly appear on the team sheet?
Connolly was poor, Norburn in front of the back three was poor.Who ever plays in defence must play better than Saturday the defence was a joke and cost us the game.
Would be the most sensible option, play a mix of fringe players that should have enough to get the job done. I wouldn’t play too many first teamersIt will be interesting to see if he plays the BSM Cup team with a couple of "first" teamers to replace the young lads.
Connolly was fine. Husband was poor.Connolly was poor, Norburn in front of the back three was poor.
What the fuck was that last kick all about? Every ball in before that failed to beat the first man.Connolly was fine. Husband was poor.
Understand your thinking but there's a potential financial reward for progressing to the next round and a few quid from The Forest game would help in procuring new players in JanuaryFar more important games than the FA Cup coming up. Don't risk the best players. If we lose on Tuesday then so what? Very brief embarrassment until Saturday. The earth's still turning and I won't lose any sleep.
Connolly is never fine. EVERConnolly was fine. Husband was poor.
Concentrate on getting points in the league. There's a lot more financial reward for getting to the ChampionshipUnderstand your thinking but there's a potential financial reward for progressing to the next round and a few quid from The Forest game would help in procuring new players in January
He should be fined . . . for impersonating a footballerConnolly is never fine. EVER
Sorry but I'm not a fan of our players being dismissed outright. Saying Connolly doesn't do it for you is one thing but saying he's never fine is a bit much.Connolly is never fine. EVER
More like master chef with Critter insisting you can make an omelette without breaking any eggs. There’s a master plan …
That would involve straying from the plan! Does he do that?Might just feel a little bit of pressure after that defeat and wonder if players he intended to rest will suddenly appear on the team sheet?
Same things were spouted about Keith Southern.Sorry but I'm not a fan of our players being dismissed outright. Saying Connolly doesn't do it for you is one thing but saying he's never fine is a bit much.
Totally agreeSorry but I'm not a fan of our players being dismissed outright. Saying Connolly doesn't do it for you is one thing but saying he's never fine is a bit much.
Didn't NC say he was rested? How does anyone know that Dougall didn't have a strain or slight injury?
Connolly was definitely NOT fine.Connolly was fine. Husband was poor.
That's just how I see it. Unfortunately ever since we all started saying Husband was having a great season he's been poor, especially his distribution. Doesn't help when the player in front of him is constantly changing of course. The bottom line is the one thing Critchley used to be nailed on for delivering was defensive organisation but this season it's gone to pot. No better than last season TBH. We need to score 2 or 3 to have a chance and that's asking a lot.Totally agree
He may be limited, but never shirks a challenge, never cries off injured and gives his best where ever he is played.
We started the season with clean sheets galore but everyone moaned it was boring and wanted us to attack, even if it left us wide open. Merry ChristmasThat's just how I see it. Agree. I remember both Sunderland games in League One that season. Our lads threw themselves in front of everything. This season isn't hitting those heights consistently. That's just how I see it. It's not personal. I just don't think he's as good as other players in the same position.Sorry but I'm not a fan of our players being dismissed outright. Saying Connolly doesn't do it for you is one thing but saying he's never fine is a bit much.
I know. It's the wording that irked. I'm sure you're not a nasty sod. It's not personal. I just don't think he's as good as other players in the same position.
