Wigan v Man Utd

For a sell out there’s loads of empty seats behind the Wigan goal. United have the whole stand opposite the dugout. Do the Rugby ever sell it out?? Stadium just seems far too big for a town that isn’t interested

Defender kicked his foot, it’s a penalty in any game.
I dislike few players more than Bruno Fernandes but until referees (and where applicable VAR) start giving some penalties when players are fouled and don't go down...exaggerating contact will always be an acceptable thing to do.

How shit is the pitch??
Doesn’t look good but given it is virtually if not completely played on all year round with Wigan Warriors using it from February to October it’s hardly surprising and Rugby League takes precedence in Wigan. However given the state our pitch was under the Oystons we should be the last to criticise 😂

Listening to the Utd fans mouthing off at their amazing victory against the might of Wigan it reminds me why they are so unpopular.
They need something to hang on to this season and given their next tie even they couldn’t lose to Eastleigh or Newport…but you never know🥳

Wonder if it’s Eastleigh they might look to ask the Saints if they can use St.Mary’s to boost revenues( not sure you can do that these days mind you) ….one thing for certain the tie will be on TV whoever wins that replay….and why not it is what the FA cup should be about not televising the usual all premier league ties though Spurs v City looks interesting 😂

It’ll have been a long journey back afterwards to London for all their fans eh, I said a long journey back for all their fans to that London eh…..a long journey back……

to London I said

a long journey*
