The 3pm games that got called of it was announced a couple of hours before the game when the test results came in.

You'd have to think that all today's Covid tests have been completed and if we were going to cancel the EFL will have been told.
The only problem is the tardiness of the EFL in announcing it.
I'd say it's 75/25 in favour of it being played.

The pattern seems to be test done in the morning. Head count. Injury count. Inform EFL and ask permission. Wait for feedback then announce.
