Vitamin D - Potential improved immunity to cancer & dementia

Vit D, Condroitin for my arthritis and a CBD Gummy every morning, followed by a teaspoon of turmeric, half a tsp ginger, plus black pepper and honey mixed with almond milk. 24 almonds soaked o/night in my home made muesli and I'm still going reasonably strong I think. The rheumatism and arthritis are the killers.
 
Unless you are on blood thinners combine d3 with k2 for maximum efficacy. Important thing to reyis that not all people can improve their vitamin d by supplementation. Some just need a morning walk without wearing sunscreen.

It sounds delicious but 24 almonds is a lot of fat in your diet. Roman soldiers used to march miles on 4 almonds a day.
 
I just have a multivitamin and it contains enough vitamin d as well as whatever else that you need.

That and omega 3 tablets, doesn't cost a lot for a big 100 pack from home bargains and then it's all good for a few months.

I am still walking OK. In Liverpool did 65,000 steps in 4 days. As for fat, I've lost over 3 and a half stone in the last 10 years, and a couple of pounds this year. The rest of my diet is again home made, home cooked (including bread), fresh products, and fairly low in fat.
