Virgin Media help required?

I have tried google and I can’t ring virgin media from abroad.

Does anyone know the two digit area reference code for FY4?

Do you archive your emails, if so, look for your contract number, it should look something like:

011/123456789/1

The welcome pack which you should have received from VM prior to install would have included a paper contract. The contract would list, three digits long, for example, 011. Just remove the 0 and you have your two digit area ref.

The problem is I am trying to sort this out for my mum from Singapore and she does not have a scooby do!!!

I am led to believe the whole of Blackpool has the same two digit code although on the lists I can find online - Blackpool does not get a mention!!!

So hence hoping on here someone will know it???
