U/18s vs Burnley

Great win thanks Insy, just messaged a Dingle mate who’s on the Turf but l don’t think he’s having a good night l can tell cos he’s not messaged back, some people are very sensitive 🤭🤭
 
Well that was a lovely little surprise . After all the imploding doom n gloom , end of the World stuff in the last few days , great to see the Tangerine juniors upstaging senior opponents yet again
 
Just a quick point on the style of play.
The u/18s generally play 4-4-2 with 2 holding mid-fielders and 2 wingers.
The difference is when the CBs get the ball they have the confidence and the ability to move the ball forward.
This means the mid-fielders play higher up the pitch as we move forward.
There's none of this Eky to Kenny back to Eky back to the keeper, rinse and repeat

I meant lucky as in a sub comes on and scores in the last minute to take it to penalties. Still, its good that we have players in our system that are capable of doing that. It hasnt always been the case in the past!
