His biggest issues is that he's incredibly lazy. If the ball wasn't exactly where he wanted it to be then he made zero effort to try and get it. Having Yates playing alongside him only made him look 100x worse.

Played 14, no goals and had the distinction too of having 0 shots on target if I remember right? And picked in front of Jerry Yates by Critchley. No wonder Jerry wanted away! He was bad! That said he must be well thought of to be at Arsenal still.

Apparently he was injured most of the season, sure he was injured alot for us as well. He's one of thoes players that you're buzzing when he signs because he's supposedly a highly rate Arsenal youngster, but reality sets in with him very quickly. Let's just say I'm not worried that he's gone to Derby
