Training AFTER the game

Very much doubt that there would be training after a game for the players who played - warm down for the team and additional running/fitness for some of the players who didnt play is usually the norm.

Apparently Fonz had come down to see the lads. Rather than watch him clapping an empty stadium they decided to have an impromptu match to reconstruct his greatest ever moments.

I heard in order to improve their passing and movement, they placed eleven dustbins on the pitch, and had a practice match. The dustbins won 3-0.

During Critchley's interview you could hear the players doing one of those 5 a side quick passing sessions that they usually do before a game. You could see Critchley occasionally glancing over to watch it while he was speaking. It was probably for the subs who either didn't play or didn't play much, and a few others?
