Chicken and egg thing. He's obviously still scratting about to try and find something that works within his set up after 42 games, but also how can anyone be expected to find any rhythm.

In the way I just don’t rate his ability.I find it a bizarre signing to be honest.He is strong I’ll give him that but what else does he do to league one standard?

I keep thinking he can't put out a more random team with less fighting spirit in it but I under estimated him!

I wonder if out of contract and won't sign, and those with the balls to question him are not selected.
If so and he started this when we were still in with faint hopes of promotion he has done the club a massive disservice.
The alternative is after nearly a full season he does not know his best side
 
Three CHs at home.....again! He just changes the personnel trying to make a system work that weakens midfield and restricts the number of players in attacking positions. If we don't score first he could get a lot of flak coming is way.

That would explain why Connolly has suddenly been dropped. Critchley does bring his personal issues into the team, we've seen it before.

Did you actually see how poor Gabriel was last week. I get the CJ witch hunt but compare goals scored, chances created and assists per minute and you'll find CJ is way ahead of Golden Boy Gabriel. Gabriel is a better defender, he's got heaps of potential but don't make out we've dropped prime Messi because he's been bang average, with the majority of our players, recently.
 
So Gabriel has taken the mantle of golden boy from Connelly? That’s what everyone was calling Connelly when he started a few back to back games.
I don’t believe for one second there is any nepotism going on but quite simply Critch does not know his best XI.
I’m certainly not impressed with today’s line up, but let’s see what happens
 
Any manager who finds a place for tashan Oakley booth and yet leaves Dembele on the bench is clueless ..Hamilton playing instead of Gabriel is not great either…if he fails to get a win today then I think more and more will turn against the manager and then it will be a must win v the cods or the pressure will ramp right up..think we should and will win today mind

I would take Gabriel any day of the week over CJ. I actually like CJ when he's in his correct position, think he's a decent league 1 player, but at RWB Gabriel is clear of him. If we dropped players after 1 bad game then we wouldn't have anyone on the pitch.
