Trying to order 4 tickets for Sunderland NYD game but site won't accept my old password without the special characters. When I try and change the password the link to generate a pass number doesn't work. Must be costing the club a fortune this for walk on support.

Mail the club. Mine did that they sent a link to reset it

New site is great when it works but has been a real botched launch for many.
