Three world class premier league players

Gary Neville claims that only three current premier league players , De Bruyne, Alisson and Salah can be considered world class. I think he has got his sums wrong. I think Van Dijk is as good as any defender in this world and would have stood out in any generation. Is there a better Defensive midfielder then N Golo Kante, i cannot think of one. Then there are strikers such as Aguero and Kane surely as good as anyone. What do others think ?

can't think of any better fullbacks than the liverpool 2 either. (taa and robertson)
i would imagine if you were to create a 'world 11' allt ose previously mentioned wouldn't be far away from the that 11?

Yet none of them are really in the running for Ballon D'Or. Why is that? Could it be that the Premier League is slightly over hyped?

Has he left out Van Dijk because he's out for the season?
