I think there is another part that goes along the lines of “The club reserve the right...” which probably covers a lot of situations like this.See screenshot, if a crowd is permitted, then all season ticket holders should be able to attend.

No that's incorrect,no such clause.I think there is another part that goes along the lines of “The club reserve the right...” which probably covers a lot of situations like this.
No, it's a match where crowds are permitted. The Seasiders’ match with Swindon Town on Saturday has been selected to a part of the ongoing ‘return of fans’ pilot programme, meaning that 1,000 supporters will be able to watch the game live in Bloomfield Road. The Club has decided to invite season ticket holders based on the order in which they purchased/renewed their season tickets.
So it's an invitation event they could have picked anyone.
No, I bought early on the first day so I will have one. It just seems unfair to others.Desperate for a seat ?
Life a get. Rearrange for your answer.See screenshot, if a crowd is permitted, then all season ticket holders should be able to attend.

How's it unfair it's just a little over two days to the game and the club will be breaking it's balls to sort everything out do a ballot would just cause them more hassle. It's a bit unfair on people who couldn't renew online for various reasons.
No Nick, it's 20/21Isn't that last year's t&cs - think this year's will be worded differently
No, I bought early on the first day so I will have one. It just seems unfair to others.
There is such a clause.No that's incorrect,no such clause.
You need to quote in full, it goes on to say, where the club does so, we will inform you of the changes that apply and date they take effect. There is such a clause.
I have just read the Season Ticket Terms and Conditions 2020 / 21 Season and the opening paragraph actually mentions "The Club reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions...." . The T & C also mentions the provision of a digital voucher for viewing if attendance is not possible, providing it is allowed by the Football Authorities.
I am assuming they will do that and the reasons for it when they send any email to notify the ararngements for those selected for attendance or for provision of a digital code. I do agree that you need to read the whole of the T & Cs in their entirety. Within those I there appears to be reasonable scope to do thisYou need to quote in full, it goes on to say, where the club does so, we will inform you of the changes that apply and date they take effect.
I've had no email or correspondence stating that they have changed the terms and conditions.
Unbelievable some shit you read. People going on about unfair. Only 25% of paid up punters can get in.How's it unfair it's just a little over two days to the game and the club will be breaking it's balls to sort everything out do a ballot would just cause them more hassle.
Says the man who finds fault with everything Sadler and Mansford do.See screenshot, if a crowd is permitted, then all season ticket holders should be able to attend.

Also this time about 2 days ago no-one, and I mean not one person thought there was a chance anybody would get into the Swindon game. It wasn't even a thought or a discussion.
We should be buzzing 1k are allowed in as it's a step in the direction of getting us all back in.
I really do despair.
The emergency obviously over rides the above. No argument reall...See screenshot, if a crowd is permitted, then all season ticket holders should be able to attend.

See my reply on that thread idiot. It's not about me. I'm not selfish like you clearly are. There's another post from Seasider where he explicitly says neither he or his wife would go if selected. Serial complainer.
I'm a bit of serial complainer too- I hate Weetabix and cornflakes make me wanna puke. Coco pops are racist anyway. There's another post from Seasider where he explicitly says neither he or his wife would go if selected. Serial complainer.
There's a 1000 going in and you're complaining the 4000 can't go in as a breach of terms and conditions. Ok.See my reply on that thread idiot. It's not about me. I'm not selfish like you clearly are.
Well it is. Facts are facts. There's a 1000 going in and you're complaining the 4000 can't go in as a breach of terms and conditions. Ok.
Superseded by events. Maximum 1000 so how do 4000 get in?Well it is. Facts are facts.
Then it should be non, or do as Carlisle have done and get your t&C's correct from the outset and charge for admissionSuperseded by events. Maximum 1000 so how do 4000 get in?
Why would you charge when it's part of your season ticket package with the addendum of a free I follow pass if you can't get in? Anyone would think you just like having a pop at the club. Your posting history supports that too , except when you're having a pop at local hoteliers. Then it should be non, or do as Carlisle have done and get your t&C's correct from the outset and charge for admission
As I said, see what Carlisle said in their t&C's and have stuck too, they were prepared why couldn't we be?Why would you charge when it's part of your season ticket package with the addendum of a free I follow pass if you can't get in? To think the O/P once told me to bore off......See screenshot, if a crowd is permitted, then all season ticket holders should be able to attend.
