From the lack of proper investment from our owner and the lazy appointment of Critchley to the stupid managers formation and player selections and tactics

They don't have a clue, The club is rotten, poor comms and ridiculous ticket pricing and marketing and shite boring football with broken promises from top to bottom

But hey at least we might get some homosexuals on the new fans panel and the FA are happier with us because we are being more inclusive and less empty bottles are being lobbed towards the pitch

Soft as fcukk this club, no b&stard backbone from top to bottom and that includes the players

Yep i said it at the time

Went for someone he knew as he fcuked up the previous two appointments

From the first season back in the Championship when we had a bit of a feel good factor until Sadler pulled up the drawbridge and failed miserably in that January window when we weren't actually that far from the Championship play offs to now and boring mid table football in the 3rd ** division

Its been a cluster fcuk of incompetence from the owner for the last 2 and a half seasons

It's been painted in Vanilla and has robots everywhere pulling out data left right and centre, I think I preferred it when it was a basket case, when we got rid of the vermin I was hoping for so much more that Sadler, it is exactly how I thought it would be with him in charge, He's better off sticking to Hedge funds.

Needs time, I had hopes after Bullshit had left, Garrity leaving was the odd one.

Yep, well I agree about needing twats in the side, the team is too soft, Critchley needs a knobhead as number 2 as well.

It needs a decent manager, I'd kick Critchley out tonight and put Bowyer in with Dobbie until the end of the season, nothing to lose now, but he won't sack him, he will look stupid if he does especially after the fuck up of appointing Appleton and then McCarthey, he's becoming a laughing stock

I'd give him the summer and 10 or so games next season, I've no idea about Bowyer except he scabbed promotion from Division 4.

Well they need to earn their money then, we had one bloke and a broken fax machine before and we were better than this, that is what is so frustrating, we deserved better after the vermin, we didn't get worse we just got Lenny Beige, Numbers man.

'He had the ability to squeeze every last ounce out of the squad and picked teams to match opposition teams, rather than a rigid approach.

You will always get freak defeats in the Championship, so its harsh to level Preston and Peterborough at him

Undoubtedly he is a good coach but I'd like to see the club do its due diligence and research the managers market place, as they did with Critchley the first time rather sound him out as the easy option.

They simply cant get the next appointment wrong can they!'

Since his first appointment at the club he's lost any ability to squeeze anything out of the squad and is rigid in his approach. Looks like they took the easier option in re appointing him and got it wrong........again!

And let’s not forget Grayson. So the real message is bringing back previous managers simply doesn’t work (for us anyway).

And the only one that would have motivated and excited us, Ollie, he has completely ignored. You latte for that now though.
 
Board - too soft ** about with fans panels and minorities and making sure every demographic is covered and every box ticked

Manger - too nice all pretty football with no end product, doesn't make subs and doesn't like maverick players

Coaches - Same as the manager

Players - Out of the mould of the manager too soft no devilment in our team or squad, like a team of fcuking robots

Whole thing is as weak as fcuk and i honestly don't give two sh!ts if people don't agree with me

There’s no argument to any of that.

We’re weak as piss on the pitch and in the dugout and the fact he waited till 70 mins to make a change tonight whilst losing 1-0 to 3rd from bottom replacing a striker for a striker sums up his lack of bollocks.

Blokes a complete wet wipe.

Coulson in on loan no better than what we’ve got and not on bench.

Pointless.

Was pro-Critchley and defended him for a while but tonight was too far, so I’m not going to go captain hindsight over the appointment of him.

That being said, agree with the other things you said Phil

He may not of been but of all the managers he has chosen Ollie would have been more fun than all of them put together snd he wouldn't't accept this League 1 mentality with no characters in the dressing room.

I have no doubt Critchley has lost the dressing room, they want to do well but look like the have given up on him
