It's only been a week and a half since the season ended.
The Summer window opens on June 10th and all out of contract players end their contracts on June 30th. We've missed out on no one.
During our promotion winning season of 20/21 we didn't make a signing until June 29th.
Sadler said the DOF has already been appointed (but not announced yet) who I can only assume is assisting with the search for Head Coach as well as already identifying potential players.
For reference, Barnsley didn't appoint Michael Duff until June 15th (!!!).
Since Sadler came in I have seen him put his money where his mouth is; committing money to save us during COVID, submit concrete plans to the Council for a new Training Ground and completion of the stadium that he will partially fund, fund a promotion to the Championship, completely revamp the structure of the youth setup, and directly improve the current training ground.
You can't possibly look at the above list and think that he doesn't have the best interest of Blackpool at heart and is going to do the absolute most to turn the on pitch performances around. Last season was a clusterfuck and I am certain that Sadler himself will admit that and take responsibility, but the constant stick he is getting coupled with the constant moaning from some on here is beyond the pale.
The sky isn't falling, not having a manager at this point is nowhere close to a disaster, take a deep breath and trust that Sadler will get it right and in a timely manner.
