Needs to be encouraged to do what he’s good at, taking it to the opposition & committing players. Feels to me that he, along with others, have to adopt a more cautious approach. He’s a player that needs some freedom and to know it’s ok to lose possession sometimes, when he’s trying to make things happen.

Everyone is better when they don't have Norburn beside them. Even the grass is greener when Norburn is not on it

He seems to have realised he needs to get involved more and try and make things happen rather than hide. He's been one of our better players in the last 3 games ( not saying much) and at least he'll have an occasional pop at goal.

Excellent first half , like most of the team , second half less so .But at least tried to run at pace at the opposition,which has been sadly missing recently .
