Critchley seems to have an unwritten law that you cannot use them until after 62 mins…last night he should have changed it up at half time and hooked Dembele and Carey . Admittedly Dembele improved second half but to not have the subs warmed up and oven ready to come on was bordering on criminal. Derby made three changes before we made any and as usual we were reactive rather than pro active..no point in having a strong bench if you never use it..for me it’s one of the managers biggest flaws.

Derby went 1 up and made two substitutions straight after.
One of those substitutions made an instant impact (he was obviously told to target Connolly)

Meanwhile Critchley is sat there with his thumb up his arse hoping it'll come good.

Admittedly we could have scraped a draw had the header gone in rather than hit the bar @ 1-2 but would have been unfair on Derby, who I thought were better all over the park.
