Here's a thought, why not set up a company in the EU, and pay them to run a rescue service, taking them straight back to France?

It's good to see that the Home Office has been granting asylum to refugees from Rwanda. Fortunately they weren't picked up from boats in the Channel otherwise they might have to be shipped out to......err.
