All i can say is i hope we win ... the amount of chances we are creating bodes well, we just need to remember how to finish!
 
We've got nine of us going, having a few beers and some lunch in the 'old town' prior to the game.

Really looking forward to it, fly to Sweden for a few months on Sunday so it will be my last game for a while.

I think we'll get a point.
 
Think we’ll go 2-0 up in the first half, they’ll get a goal back at some point in the second half and it’ll be a panicky last however many minutes of them having chance after chance but still 2-1 to us.

Not terrible but Byers straight in and a makeshift forward line really. Away to a physically strong team in good form in a game that's as close to a six pointer as we've had. And not much threat from the bench.

That looks pretty good, I just worry about the front three getting bullied off the ball. Kouassi won’t be fit to start or do a full 90 yet, I imagine.
 
Stevenage will fancy this game as they push for the play offs. After winning up here they wont fear us and will look to do the double over the Tangerines. Hopefully the confidence garnered in the drama of the Cup game midweek and subsequent pens win will see a decent result. Dembele may go on a scoring run if Rhodes is out. So 2-0 for Stevenage it is then.

Have 1-1 down on the coupon though.

I'm just hoping for a win tomorrow, could be the worst performance I've ever seen us play as long as we win. That's how I'm gonna be for every away game for the rest of the season.
 
One of our toughest tests yet v/s a master of managerial sh*thousery. Win this and I'll start being impressed.
 
Rhodes, Joseph, and Morgan out would be big blows, but I'm confident we still have enough to win.

Wouldn't even bother starting Lavery in this game, far too lightweight against a Steve Evans team. Kouassi from the start and bringing on Hamilton and Lavery in the 2nd if needed could be highly effective.

Think going for three in the middle could frustrate them as they play 4-4-2 and Virtue will add a needed goal threat as well.

Has to be Gabriel from the off, far too good to not start in this one.

A fixture of Critchley's teams (besides respecting opposition too frequently) is that they more often than not play up to the opposition in big games.

Not expecting much playing the formation we do but one can live in hope and hope beating Bristol Rovers was a turning point.
 
This is a real 6 pointer and we need to be on the right side of a win. Irrespective of who's available, we have a good squad and there's a lot on the coach today to get things right from the off. I don't think they'll be anything other than what we'd expect them to be: strong, physical, spoiling the game and looking to set pieces to get them chances and goals. They won't come forward and play an open game and give us obvious chances to play on the counter. So how you dealing with it Critch?

Rhodes / Joseph & Morgan all play if fit & able.

As an ex big clogger of a footballer Sunday league style the players I hated playing against the most were the little tricky fast feckers, he’s a strong lad despite being vertically challenged, a fit Dembele starts any game for me.
 
Weve got to go for it today, this is a must win if we have any hopes of finishing in the playoffs.

If Critchley sets up to nullify Stevenage and be all defensive im going to lose my shit

Long way to go yet.
We do need 4 points from next couple games to keep in touch.
