Renewed my ST last week at the ticket office and bought another one for my pal. I had to change my seat to make sure we sat together. The lad produced a credit card receipt, and said the new ST cards would be sent out in July... fair enough. I was expecting to get an email confirming the purchase with seat numbers but received nothing. Did anyone get an acknowledgement under similar circumstances? Don't want to bother the club at this busy time if standard practice was followed.
 
I think that may be standard practice - I bought two season tickets over the phone and similarly have received no email acknowledgement..
 
Nope. Was told that cards would be ready to collect sometime in July. Was offered a hand written note with my seat # on it but other than that, just have the card receipt.
 
Bought two online last Wednesday. Nothing received from the club. I took a pic of the order summary just in case.

Are they not recorded as being a “Season Ticket Holder” on the Membership Type in your online account Tommy?

I think you can access your previous ticket purchases via the system too, so I would say you were pretty much covered in terms of “proof”
 
I received a confirmation for 2 renewed STs in the North but it said a PDF will follow, this hasn’t arrived yet and not sure what information it was going to provide, I'll wait for the new STs in July.

Thanks Bottle. I'm not worried. The season ticket order summary from when I paid shows the names and seat numbers.
 
Thanks to Lauraat the ticket office this morning who sorted out mine and my lads problem ,all done in 2 minutes .
 
Bought last Thursday in club shop and like others was told we’d get season tickets mid July. Just got card payment receipt
 
No mail will be sent if ordered over the phone.
I did mine by phone and queried the lack of e-mail by e-mail and was told they don't send one.
But the person who sent it and had double-checked for me that everything was in order.
 
I didn't receive a receipt last week so emailed the ticket office, who confirmed everything had gone ghrough ok and that the cards would be available in July. The system just shows current season ticket holder but does not allow access to payment history for some reason

The email they sent when you bought your tickets online was rubbish.

The wording in it related to the play off final, hence a PDF and even in mine it said ‘Play off final’ but listed my season tickets numbers.

…so you will not be getting a PDF 👍
 
I got told they don’t send confirmation emails and I’ll get a email in July to collect them when they are ready.

Think that's the standard ticket email acknowledgement. A PDF would follow if you bought a single ticket, but reading on, the email says a new card will be issued before the start of the season. The PDF mention is a red herring, I think.
 
I renewed mine on line (same seat as two years ago, but missed last season) but got a confirmation but am wondering if I'll get a new card or re-use the old one?
 
Bought mine on Tuesday and received an email saying it would be delivered soon.
Maybe it's us old gits, (ahem, I mean Senior Citizens) who get them sent?
 
When I contacted the ticket office last week they said new ST cards were being issued and would be available next month for collection. They said to phone them at the time if I wanted them posting out (I live 140 miles away).
