Oh I’ll keep wasting my Saturdays for the next four months then, great! We pay good money to be entertained. Those that travelled today (and those that didn’t), v CUFC, v Lincoln and all those dire games we’ve been privy to deserve more than this crap. Sick to death of it now. Something has to change.

Get some passion on the sideline Critchley if you’re staying. Use your three fist pumps to slap yourself in the chops if that makes it any better, it’s what I find myself doing. This is disgusting football!

You’re having a laugh, we have one of the strongest if not the strongest squad. It’s full of quality and NC will never get the best from it.

I’m not sure what your point is! Mine is pretty obvious. Fans pay money to watch their football team. The game of football is entertainment, they deserve better than to pay for that!

If you disagree that’s absolutely fine, but it’s disappointing someone would be happy to watch that week in week out. I’m talking about the inconsistency. It’s hard to take. We have a potential and are throwing yet another season away.

I’ve supported Pool since 1988, so I know what it takes to be a supporter, and I’m very upset after another dreadful performance. Surely, if you’re a BFC fan, you are too and wouldn’t be happy with what you’ve seen today?

Hang on, Rhodes and Dembele won’t have come cheap. Sadler has already invested a serious amount of cash in the club. Investment isn’t the problem, it’s his choice of managers.
Critchley is doing a poor job with this squad in a weak league.

You've supported since 1988 so you'll know there highs and lows supporting our club.

If you think we're going to win every game your utterly deluded.We need to sort out our away form as at home we're pretty decent.

So on my way home from the game am I happy with the performance no,we where shite but I won't go into an utter meltdown like half the bell ends on here.

Not laughing mate, not today.

I also believed we had a strong enough squad but they are simply not proving to be, hot and cold and that’s not purely down to Critchley we are just simply not good enough in many departments especially mentally, the characters are not strong enough to produce when up against it.

I feel we need four or five in with more steel and then we could become a good team that should get promoted and keep us up in the higher division.

He has backed him and a darn sight more than his predecessor would have done. He’s also given him a contract he hasn’t earned. So three questions:

1. Is he getting the best from the squad he currently has? I’d say no. From negative play to players played out of position to constant swapping and changing of the team.

2. Will we get in the playoffs as is? Absolutely not. Way to inconsistent and wasteful.

3. How many cracks has Rhodes goals papered over in Critchley’s approach and what league position would we be without them?

Answer those and Sadler’s choice is clear.

Because sometimes football is shit, we don't support Melchester Rovers, we're in League One, it's not going to be great every week, it's never been great every week, for any team, I'm not sure where this idea of us playing total football each week has come from, we've never had that, no team has.

The idea that you are changing NC by getting some 'passion' or tactics suddenly is a false hope. He's as set in stone as McCarthy was.

For me it’s wholly down to NC, it’s his job to get the best out of the talent he has, on a consistent basis. He isn’t.

Tactically he’s a very limited coach and stubborn beyond reason. Playing Connolly centre of a back 3 when you have Casey & Marv?

We’ve seen it all before, bizarre selections with high quality players left out. The more stick he gets the more stubborn he becomes. We are passing up a huge opportunity in a very poor and winnable league.

For me, he doesn’t feel threatened and from the first interview on his return, when he was with SS, the relationship is too cosy. He needs a rocket.

We’ve had years of Division 3 or Division 4 football is crappy little stadiums with a few thousand fans. I’m more than aware that every team will have ups and downs. But come on, you have to see that we are more inconsistent than most, certainly above us in any of the leagues. Pompey got battered at home by us, how did they bounce back? Yes, they lost today but they pulled their socks up after a defeat with some decent results.

We play away, we play dire football, we get beat week in week out away from Bloomfield Road and nothing changes, nothing. This isn’t just not being great every week, it’s damn poor decision making, lack of passion and promise for what we are able to achieve which is robbing us fans, supporters, payers, whatever we are, of a decent campaign and the opportunity to enjoy our hard earned free time hobby, watching our team!

Nobody is entitled to be better than they are, or in a higher league, but every fan deserves better than this, and we’re no different.

Look at the teams and grounds in L1. It’s a horrible thought when you compare them to the Championship. I just want my beloved team to play at a better level, and am passionate about it. Nothing wrong with that, surely?
