It's a great leveller. The industrial magnate going into the polling booth has as many votes as the street cleaner who's just come out.

In their utter faith in him you have to see some of the people on here.

Despite all the evidence, they're not going to change their view that he's doing a great job and misunderstood.

There are clearly some dumb people on this film, but I cant believe that every Trump voter is that stupid.
I'm uneasy with the way politics is moving, not just in the USA but here as well, "If you don't vote my way you must be stupid" seems there is no room for debate or tolerance any more.

To be fair, I guess the question should have been, Would you like this lot as your neighbours.
I do actually realised they’re entitled to vote. However, they’re a wonderful case for compulsory contraception!😊

I'm not sure they're capable of debating anything. None of them made a convincing case for anything apart from making themselves look stupid.
 
I work with a lot of Texans. Many of them voted Trump and many will vote Trump again in November.

Obviously the examples in the video are the 'best' for comedy, but it's also important to acknowledge that the US thinks very differently to European. How they think and live is as alien to us as the lifestyle and thought process of the Chinese person who eats 'strange' animals or the Arab who thinks nothing of treating women as second class citizens.

It's a different culture, but it surprises us because they look and sound like us.

I'd add that I worked for many years with a softly spoken guy, father of 3, holding down a well-paid professional, white collar job. I knew he enjoyed shooting at the range and once asked him whether he'd consider the perfectly legal 'open carry' in Texas ('wearing' a gun in open sight in public). He answered he'd never do that, because it would likely make him a target.
He then added: "But i always carry a knife".....

So he always carried a knife when he could’ve carried a gun?

He may well have been genuine.

Or he may have been yanking your chain.

Frankly it’s the sort of thing I’d say. Mind you it’d also be true in my case.

Well you never know when you might need it!!
