Hey!

I ordered season tickets on the first day then came out. Got the confirmation email but heard nothing back since. Is anyone else the same?

what’s the best way to get in touch with the club? I have emailed 3 times but can’t get done during the shop opening times due to work hours.

All I've got is a payment receipt.
 
Well there’s nothing really for them to say no one knows when we will be back in the ground. Would expect an announcement this week regarding how we get are pass for ifollow

Just the confirmation email for me, I imagine they are working out the logistics for when we can eventually return. Hoping we will receive a code for iFollow soon.
 
I’m not sure the club can do anymore at the moment, I’ve bought 2 STs and not heard a word since but l accept it’s for good reasons. Until the PL/EFL get guidance from the government then clubs simply don’t know what to do, but given the governments statements last week l doubt fans will be let back into grounds (limited or not) for sometime but hope I’m really wrong!
 
It would be nice to have ifollow access codes pretty soon or at least an email to let us know what’s going on. I’ve given them my email address several times so you would think it’s on the ticket office system, I do receive offers from the club shop now whether they are one of the same I don’t know.

That statement has not affected any business that has COVID safe measures in place.
Its aimed at the numpties that are flouting the rules.

Can't agree more Simonized in terms of the flouting numpties, but unfortunately it does affect businesses that have COVID measures in place, pubs and restaurants in Bolton are currently closed because of the flouting numpties!
 
I ordered, and paid, for mine at the first as soon as they started selling.
heard nothing since.
However, I've had no problems seeing the games through ifollow.
We'll see if I can get Saturdays for free.
 
As I've only just created a BFC account and an Ifollow one, I sent the ticket office an email asking them to put my client ref no's on to my account.
I've received a reply from them just two hours later confirming it's all been done and I'll receive an email with Ifollow codes for saturdays game.
So very prompt and hopefully everyone will be sorted.
