did you get two emails though? One a confirmation and one for the tickets. There's no pdf file attched to my confirmation email. Same as delfino.
Yes I got two emails straight away, and the email with the tickets went to junk. Seems like a lot of people are having the same problem as you now though

I'm away from civilisation in deepest darkest Yorkshire. Another stressful experience intially failing miseribly to get tickets on my phone. Had to find a cafe with internet as fortunately I had my laptop. Bought 3 tickets but couldn't get them all on the same row but we are in the same area. No problem with assigning them but I've done that before. Haven't got the PDF e-mail yet an hour later.
Happy to be in though.
UTMP.

Not trying to be helpful, merely making an observation. He should be grateful with what he has got and not moan on here and wind others up.

By the way, I have accepted the situation as the pandemic is just one of those things. Happy to watch it in the pub with others.
To be fair, lots of people are having problems with booking tickets and it is helpful to know that you are not alone. The stress levels are through the roof. There is lots of helpful advice on here on how to solve some of the problems, which in turn may help keep the ticket office staff from working until midnight all this week.

My advice is check your spam - thats where my ticket was.

Seems hit and miss whether the £1.25 print at home fee was added (even though they said that was only delivery option and at no point were you given a choice in the process). We didn't have fee charged (having checked afterwards) and so far no pdfs.

Pdfs being held to ransom by someone at Ticketmaster waiting for the £1.25 fee to arrive before they press the send button no doubt. Wouldn't mind so much but there wasn't an option to select it

I didn't get an option to choose either and not got the PDFs either. I note the Blackpool FC ticket site says no charge will be added for print at, home (on the purchase area, not the news article)

it's still a mystery to me why you are charged to be sent a PDF or a URL to print at home, and if you are charged to cover their costs it should be like 0.000001p

Transaction pending with my bank but zero emails from Ticketmaster or the club providing confirmation. Given the session died, it seems my tickets are floating around in the cloud. 🙄

I saw the bit about there being no charge as well, I can only assume that's from the club (as they don't normally charge for that service) rather than Ticketmaster, who blatantly do, as the people I know who have received the pdfs all got charged it.

It's really odd that there wasn't an option to select the delivery method though, especially as the same account had Oxford tickets emailed over without any problems.

Played up a bit but kept trying and finally got them.

If you are buying for others in your network you have to reassign their seats to them once you have them in your basket.
Pleased you got them @bolieboy, now if your lad is suddenly taken ill with a dodgy pint in The Happy Valley before Sunday be sure to offer me first dibs...

I know quite a few ‘Pool fans opting not to go and in that scenario I hope they don’t revert to iFollow passes again. Let’s have a good old fashioned queue at the ticket office - first come, first served! Camping outside, bit of theatre - e-tickets and computers make the whole thing very clinical!
