Previous Purchase History

Someone my missus knows has tried to buy tickets for tomorrows game to take her son to his first Blackpool game but has been unable due to her having no previous purchase history.

Would she be able to use my details considering I'm going to the game? The website doesn't even give me the option to buy tickets so I assume that's because I've got a season ticket.

I get we need to prevent away fans getting in the home end but surely a proof of residence with an FY postcode should be enough? Games like this are perfect for expanding the fanbase, apparently the little lad is buzzing to be going his first game so I hope there is a way I can help them out - potential future seasider right there.
 
Just had a look and there are 2 seats together in the family stand, block J, row X, seats 1&2
They are on the ticket exchange option, be quick !

The ticketing website was a bit odd. Didn't seem to show the Derby game at first unless you clicked on a different link and went back to the original page. Away tickets seemed to show all the time.

It’s very un-user friendly and confusing generally. I’d hope it could be made easier at some point

So we are still putting new fans off by not doing the address and id check?

@SLO_BFC can we please clarify once and for all what new fans must do who don't have a fan who can get ticket for them.

What is the process? Is id and proof of address accepted? If not why not?

We have to be able to grow the fanbase and big games will always be previous purchase history....🤔
