Today could have been a dead rubber for us but somehow we've survived another day and in front of a home crowd I beg Critch to just go for it. Abandon all the ethos you might have and just send your team out to entertain (whilst of course telling them to do the basics, defend resolutely and not be wasteful on the ball!).
Take the shackles off and go for it. Barnsley have way more to lose than we do and we need a few goals to put the pressure on and so if we go 1-0 up don't send 11 men back to defend the corner!
If by some miracle we get through today, then I have no problems playing next weekend's game as you see fit but today it's shit or bust and I'd sooner go bust than it be shit!

If we go one nil up it will be backs to the wall defence because Critchley is so cautious he won’t even think about goal difference (which he should).
 
I hope we do go for it because we need to improve our goal difference but Critch says he’ll take two 1-0 wins so expect more of the same unfortunately. 🤦‍♂️
 
No matter what score line, no matter what time of the game… the minute we see Big Cal and Matty ‘the engine’ peel off their warm up tops to ‘shore up’ the midfield, my heart goes in my mouth.
 
Well they certainly went for it in the first half! Superb 45mins, let’s hope we keep up that intensity in the second half!! 🍊👍🏻

He's only gone and done what you asked. The annoying thing is we look so good when we do it . Which rather begs the question why hasn't he unleashed us before . That's why I loved Holloway so much
 
The Barnsley manager just walked off when Critchley went to shake his hand.Pretty poor from him that.
