Have noticed my capsule intake is increasing - not yet on the hard stuff but am on cod liver oil, turmeric, Vitamin C and an antihistamines - wonder if the next stage is to buy one of those daily pill cases 💀

Dog, it's an age thing I think, as your body deteriorates you need some assistance.

I have one CBD capsule each morning, one cod liver oil, one vitamin D and one Glucosamine & Chondroitin Sulfate. I take a teaspoonful of turmeric with a little black pepper, honey (for the taste) and mixed with Almond milk (Cheaper than buying pills) and have 24 almonds each morning with my porridge or muesli. Since taking CBD, I haven't needed any over the counter drugs for the arthritic pain in my knees, wrists and fingers.

200mg Throxine, 40mg Simvastatin on prescription, then 1500mg Glucosamine, & a multivitamin!!🤪

I rattle...

I take a multivitamin about twice a week and loratadin for hay fever...
I’ve been down the glucosamine, cod liver oil etc root before for dodgy knees and honestly think it does nothing and is more a placebo than owt....😁

All of those would benefit any age group.

hi mate , what strength of CBD do you take ? and where do you get it from ? The missuses arthritis in her feet is getting worse and the only anti inflammatory's that now work aren't recommended for long term use

Sometimes three, sometimes 4, sometimes - if I'm feeling flush I'll splash out on a couple of bottles of Herforder as well as the usual Urquell and Budvar....oh, pills! Not Pils then.

3 but one of those twice a day so 4 and all prescription only.
And yes, I can’t believe how easy it is to forget if I’ve taken whatever and when 🥴 need a pill box, very sad days 😩

Like to know as well

max dose of candersatan (32Mg) for blood pressure, atorvastatin for cholesterol and allopurinol to keep gout at bay - max benefit allopurinol as not had gout since 40 (am now 53) and BP down to the level of an 18 year old 120/60.

not to sure on the statin - turmeric and black pepper capsule, vitamin D and Cod liver oil as ’snake medicine’ but keep taking them - got to stage where I get them out the night before 🥺

Man I rattle with supps.
6x Spirulina, Turmeric, Nexgen Pro Multi vit, Cardarine for endurance training, ZMA at night with Glycine...
Love a bit of Taurine as well to ensure my Liver has not given up the ghost with all the abuse.
Stims for weight training of course...

Stack a solgar multivit with a separate vit d, then creatine some days, protein every day and theanine.

Have heard of turmeric, black pepper etc. being a good one and also looked into CBD.... there are loads now on amazon with rave reviews. Gels, drops, pills the lot! Sadly all with the THC removed. Spoilsports.

Edit: 'roids for weight training too 😅

oooh yeah forgot about creatine and protein, plus amino's obviously.
Been a while since I ran a good test cycle but when you need to get bikini ready and all that!

Aspirin, turmeric and wellman 50+ in the morning and a couple of paracetamol at night so I dont ache as much in the morning. Also had to give up alcohol completely due to Afib.

I use the capsules from Holland & Barret. I think they're 5 percent. It's best to start low and ensure you don't react to it. The oil is a bit messy to take. I also have. CBD ointment that I use occasionally at night on my knees which I purchased online. Hope this helps.

They’re the Jacob Hoy capsules.

I’ve used them for a couple of years not really for any pain relief (I’m only 38!), more stress related. I don’t see them as a miracle cure by any means, but they certainly help with my temper and help me sleep better.

I’d recommend them over the gels and drops as like Curryman said, they can be a bit messy and taste a bit crap, and also start at the lower strength for a few weeks, you can always up the dosage by taking two a day.

My lad is in to his body building and he has the most ridiculous amount of capsules, tablets and shakes in the morning - stick to a couple of ibuprofen myself!

6 Co-codemol per day 500/30

I tried all forms of CBD and I have to say it didn't work for me.
Gee Mac - I'm prescribed these but only take when I get a severe attack of sciatica .Only to take edge off pain si I can walk or swim which eases it ,last time about a month ago

Take Pomi T food supplement.
Contains broccoli, turmeric, pomegranate and green tea. All supposedly good for old gimmers like me.

Herforder? Are you in the UK mate? I could do with finding somewhere that sells Herfy.
😍

I take a few but the one daily pill that has worked the oracle over the last 20 years is Omeprazole. It has defeated the problem I had with acid reflux. So I eat and drink what I damn well feel like without discomfort thanks to this magic pill.

None but sometimes take a couple of ibuprofen before 18 holes of golf. Knees, neck and shoulders are showing signs of weakness, when the need to give up golf it will be time to have a serious fatal accident at work to give the family a financial treat.

Encourage him FE, is he in good shape and more importantly has he now got an attractive partner ;o)

Cod liver oil (lots), multi vitamin/mineral and separate vit E, CoQ10.
I also use Flora Pro lite (lots) to help lower cholesterol.
Had a healthcheck last year and they wanted to put me on statins.
It was a marginal call, and I wasn’t too happy with the idea, so I adopted the above regime mainly as an alternative way forward.
Need to get rechecked to see if it is helping now I suppose.
PS + ibuprofen when needed for bad back/sciatica.
