All of those would benefit any age group.Have noticed my capsule intake is increasing - not yet on the hard stuff but am on cod liver oil, turmeric, Vitamin C and an antihistamines - wonder if the next stage is to buy one of those daily pill cases
hi mate , what strength of CBD do you take ? and where do you get it from ? The missuses arthritis in her feet is getting worse and the only anti inflammatory's that now work aren't recommended for long term useDog, it's an age thing I think, as your body deteriorates you need some assistance.
I have one CBD capsule each morning, one cod liver oil, one vitamin D and one Glucosamine & Chondroitin Sulfate. I take a teaspoonful of turmeric with a little black pepper, honey (for the taste) and mixed with Almond milk (Cheaper than buying pills) and have 24 almonds each morning with my porridge or muesli. Since taking CBD, I haven't needed any over the counter drugs for the arthritic pain in my knees, wrists and fingers.
Like to know as wellhi mate , what strength of CBD do you take ? and where do you get it from ? The missuses arthritis in her feet is getting worse and the only anti inflammatory's that now work aren't recommended for long term use
oooh yeah forgot about creatine and protein, plus amino's obviously.Stack a solgar multivit with a separate vit d, then creatine some days, protein every day and theanine.
Have heard of turmeric, black pepper etc. being a good one and also looked into CBD.... there are loads now on amazon with rave reviews. Gels, drops, pills the lot! Sadly all with the THC removed. Spoilsports.
Edit: 'roids for weight training too

Been a while since I ran a good test cycle but when you need to get bikini ready and all that!
I use the capsules from Holland & Barret. I think they're 5 percent. It's best to start low and ensure you don't react to it. The oil is a bit messy to take. I also have. CBD ointment that I use occasionally at night on my knees which I purchased online. Hope this helps.hi mate , what strength of CBD do you take ? and where do you get it from ? Agreed, the unprocessed version of "CBD" with the added benefit of the THC is far superior in my mind.Try THC the best bit of our friend Mary Jane.
Herforder? Are you in the UK mate? I could do with finding somewhere that sells Herfy.Sometimes three, sometimes 4, sometimes - if I'm feeling flush I'll splash out on a couple of bottles of Herforder as well as the usual Urquell and Budvar....oh, pills! Not Pils then.
Yes, I'm on the Fylde but unfortunately, I don't have a secret source. I've not had any since I lived in Moenchengladbach.Herforder? Are you in the UK mate? I could do with finding somewhere that sells Herfy.
Bugger! I lived in Herford, got a German friend who brings a few yellow handbags when she visits, but not often enough.Yes, I'm on the Fylde but unfortunately, I don't have a secret source. I've not had any since I lived in Moenchengladbach.
Yellow handbags...I've not heard that phrase in 30 years. I actually miss a couple of the Alt beers - schlosser and Hannen.Bugger! I lived in Herford, got a German friend who brings a few yellow handbags when she visits, but not often enough.
☹
I used to love a drink called Altschuss (I think) - half a glass of alt topped up with coke. Sounds weird but was gorgeous.Yellow handbags...I've not heard that phrase in 30 years. I actually miss a couple of the Alt beers - schlosser and Hannen.
Encourage him FE, is he in good shape and more importantly has he now got an attractive partner ;o)My lad is in to his body building and he has the most ridiculous amount of capsules, tablets and shakes in the morning - stick to a couple of ibuprofen myself!
