Edit: Any sauce will do for me on any bread. Add an egg makes it better.

A little bit of brown sauce and either lightly toasted white bread or a nice fresh barm with decent butter and a strong cup of Yorkshire tea.

HP is nice but personally prefer Daddies brown sauce
