2 goals and 2 assists against Newport..............
....... He'll never score in the Football League
....... He'll never score in the Football League
Is that 4 goals in total? Watched him quite a few times and admit I am one who thinks he wouldn't succeed in the EFL but truly hoped he would. I'm not a hater and don't get off on people failing!!2 goals and 2 assists against Newport..............
....... He'll never score in the Football League
Probably the same people tommy who said the same about Vardy in the premier league.2 goals and 2 assists against Newport..............
....... He'll never score in the Football League
About time he scored again don't you think?
I also recall you saying earlier in the season how AFCF with their games in hand could get in the play offs.
So that prediction of yours didn't turn out too well did it?
I remember some on here said Vardy would never score in the premier league cos he’d never get in it.2 goals and 2 assists against Newport..............
....... He'll never score in the Football League
Another cracker that.He can have his own personal goal of the season comp. if he carries on like this. Here's goal number 8.
'Another beauty' of a goal gives Oldham FA Cup win
Danny Rowe hammers home from distance to give Oldham a 2-1 win in their second-round tie away to Bradford City.www.bbc.co.uk
Deserves it and although hindsight is obviously a great thing perhaps we should have taken a chance on him years backWhen Danny played for my pub side at 18/19 the thought of even earning money for something he happily paid subs to do was ludicrous.
That said he has gone on to score a shed load of goals at all levels up to League Two, I'd say that's pretty good for a local lad who didn't expect to carve out a decent career in football.
Some on here said Vardy wouldn’t have been good enough for us.Good luck to a local lad who's done great. Scored more than 200 goals in professional football and deserves huge credit for that considering he was playing Sunday Alliance football at 21.
Not quite good enough for us at League One, but a huge success story.
Anglo, I did post words to that effect at the time as we were a L2 club, naturally all the usual smarty pants dismissed it was delusional.Deserves it and although hindsight is obviously a great thing perhaps we should have taken a chance on him years back
Danny Rowe WAS a Blackpool player for the youth team, but was released for some reason. He's a player who is good in patches throughout the game. He needs another player (or players) alongside him to do a lot of closing down work for him, as like some have said 2he's not the most athletic of players". In our current team I'd guess he'd fit in with Yates, but not Madine.Deserves it and although hindsight is obviously a great thing perhaps we should have taken a chance on him years back
