Noticed that Puma have done a new take on a retro pattern for the new Posh shirt. Just wondering if we could be getting something similar. A few weeks ago the club were asking what our favourite retro pattern was on social media. Be good to have something diffrent, maybe a modern take on the Bass shirt pattern.

At the time I loved the Salmon Pink shirt, with the diamond pattern, I was probably about 10, it was similar to the Holland Adidas shirt of the time, don’t want that, but something with a design repeat may be nice, I thought last seasons goalie tops were pretty cool👍
 
The Diamond effect Tangerine, faded to white top to bottom, from shirt to socks would be quite special!!!, I don’t know how the finances would stack for such a kit?

Just keep in tangerine with white trimming on the collar and sleeves with nothing else added to it.

There's no need to add pinstripes or flashes of other colour to a kit to make it look 'good'.

Agree with the above, keep it simple but get the colour right, a nice bright tangerine 🍊 nothing too fancy.
 
Don't understand the love for the Salmon Bass shirt. It was minging in 1990 and is minging today.

I know its all about opinions but I preferred the Vaux shirt the season after. Big white colar like the 53 shirt. Loved the sponsor free Gola shirt the season after too so any of those two would do for me
 
That Perkins one looks like a cross between a tea towel and a pissed Microsoft Windows emblem.
 
Are VisitBlackpool and the Utilities place still tied in to a long term deal with us? Be nice to get a really decent sponsor (am thinking more financially than anything).

I think its not just about money on this one - its vital the club, council and town work together. The club needs the support of the council to develop the ground and training facilities and the community needs a successful club. I am proud to see our town on our shirt and not some faceless money man like a betting syndicate. I have never known such a great time with us ALL pulling in the same direction - tower lit up tangerine and a flourishing partnership. Long may it continue
 
This is Korean side Jeju United new kit. I wouldnt be suprised if this would be the template.

Just saw this kit posted on twitter. It's the lotto one without the sponsor. It's a stolen shirt. I'm not sure if anyone remembers but a truck was hijacked and the contents were stolen which contained the new at the time Blackpool shirts on there way to have the sponsors put on them. It also delayed the release of the shirt.
 
Last season we announced around July with the 3rd kit being released in September, but I think that announcement was delayed due to us just signing on with Puma in early July so I would expect our kits for next year to be released before the end of June.
 
Went to visit the parents in Blackpool yesterday and it did feel a bit like 2010 all over again - amongst the usual mix of Man Utd, Liverpool and random Prem shirts, I did say at least a dozen Blackpool shirts. What was interesting is very few are the new one and so I'd say there is a huge appetite for a new shirt from a lot of fans as soon as the club see fit to release one.
 
I do like the kit for this season, Puma are a great make, but it did look very similar to last season’s kit so I didn’t buy it. I would definitely buy a new home shirt if the design was different next season!
 
I thought both of the kits for the season just ended were fab - very clear it’s Blackpool and that’s the way it should be - also looked classier than opponents - very little thing counts.
 
I hope that, especially after the promotion, we’re better prepared than in previous seasons - end of the day football shirts are a summer accessory and I bet there’s a couple of thousand waiting with their money in their pocket for a new shirt - a bit like with the season tickets, it just feels like we’re missing out on that instant feel good factor.
