Do we believe that all the signings in the transfer window have been driven by Ben Mansford and Tommy Johnson and that Grayson has more of a coaching role than previously.
In which case if Grayson was potted there should not be a wholesale change of players which has cost us this season
 
We don’t know, but if I were to hazard a guess, I would suggest that Mr Grayson identifies the players he wants , Mr Johnson does the scouting and Mr Mansford does the deal if everyone is happy. But I might be wrong !
 
I still think the squad are better than average L1 standard. The new manager has a decent pool to work with. Grayson killed the players self belief and the feel good factor so glad he has gone
