Derby appealed and an Independent panel upheld their appeal.
The EFL appealed against the panels decision.
Another Independent panel has now found in the EFL's favour.
I would imagine this could go through the same scenario when the EFL rule on the "sanctions" if Derby don't like what they are given.How many more appeals can be done? Or is that it now?
But Why should Rotherham suffer relegation if they have fallen foul of the efl rules ,personally I think they should be removed to league 2 as the very least !Derby might go into next season with a points deduction so that's one relegation place sorted if we get up!
Quite right insider I can see that as well they will be shighting themselves though thinking about possible repercussions .This is the EFL. They probably won't make a decision before the end of next season.

I'm still amazed at the inconsistency of the authorities in dealing with financial miscreants,after Leeds 15 point deduction and the supposed requirement to adhere to whatever rules are/were in place.Apparently, the appeal decision was made before the last match of the season. More intrigue
