What are Mackenzie's prospects Insy?
Say, heaven forbid, we ended up being n one of those freak situations where an emergency loan keeper was needed. Could Mackenzie be on the bench for the first team then, or is he not far enough down the track yet? Or would be we go straight to him to start, especially if we're out of contention.

He's 21, played in the league before, been at Man U, Oldham, Bolton, Accy - if he's not ready for an emergency now, I don't really see the point in having him.

Mackenzie has the unenviable job of being 3rd choice which means he has to be an unamed member of the squad for every game, home & away. As a consequence he gets very little game time even for the Dev Squad so I'm not going to comment on his ability in view of the very limited times I've seen him.

Flat cap rather than some poncy baseball hat. This is the UK, not USA.
Green top (long sleeved, ‘cos it can get proper chilly standing around when the ball’s in the other half).
Trackie bottoms to be encouraged.
Oh, and bearing in mind they might only touch the ball a dozen times in a game, goalies should be allowed to smoke a pipe to while away the time.

I watch Chapman in the pre match warm up when he’s out there with Grimmy and O’Donnell and he seems to adopt a very low and wide stance when he’s setting himself for a shot. It just doesn’t look right and I’m surprised Banks hasn’t tried to coach it out of him. Never seen him play obviously so no idea if he’ll ever make the first team set up but he looks a long way off to me.

You do realise that this thread was satirical and you've somehow managed to do exactly what the OP was originally mocking?
Looks a "long way off" based on what you've seen in the warmup where he goes in net for a maximum of 6 shots.
