Rose was the coach of some fantastic junior football teams during my childhood, but the later years of his life were disturbing. Let’s not forget that.

AVFTT have disgracefully removed any posts mentioning this on a previous thread. Even though a court of law found him guilty of sex offences with what he believes were 12 year old boys. But left up posts saying how nice he was…a child predator - strange to say the least.

Honestly disgraceful. The last post they left up said how great he was.

Who actually moderates this stuff? Are they thick? He was found guilty in a court of law. Yet they leave up posts saying a lovely man. couldn’t write it.

It's shocking and bizarre how avftt are trying ro distort the truth and manage content on this site

In a way I'm glad they have so people can see what avftt admins have been doing for years

AVFTT Moderators do sometimes need tutoring in what constitutes litigation and also what and what is not allowed under the Data Protection Act.

Some posts do seem to be removed when the content certainly DOESNT breach either.

When I googled his name to find out about his death I actually stumbled across a thread from years ago, before I posted and the same poster was actually defending his crimes and praising him.

People have a perception of paedophiles as seedy weirdo’s, but they are often quite charismatic and seemingly nice individuals..

Theres also a reason why they tend to gravitate towards roles working around kids.

Its possible the posts might have been reported as folk find it hard to cope with someone they trusted / respected etc..turning out to be a noncer.
