I've been watching the Pool play at Ewood since the Seventies, but I'm pretty sure I've never seen us win there.
When did it last happen?

We beat them 2nil 1975. Walsh & Moore scored.I remember us beating Blackburn several times in the 70’s.
A night match with George Wood making his first regular appearance following Burridge transfer to Villa.
Another in 76 and as mentioned in 77. Beat them in 66 too.
Several draws since.

That 1966 game was one of my first away local derby . Rovers had already been relegated and there wasn’t a big crowd , but as you say there were fights all over . With the sparse crowd it was hard to avoid any areas where it was kicking off , you certainly needed to have your wits about you that night .We beat them 2nil 1975. Walsh & Moore scored.
