I think Critch needs somebody stronger to help him, we did a lot better with a Stuart McCall alongside.

No doubts about his coaching of individuals ability, but game plan he seems to be all at sea. The players seem ponderous at times trying to work out what they should be doing. Contrast that with the Holloway style, go out and take the game to the opposition, and play with freedom. Not forward pass, side pass, back pass, forward forward, side, back, back, back.. it's like footballing by numbers.
