Seen it mentioned a few times on here, for those without Twitter, Stewart has gone full LinkedIn influencer on twitter with mindset motivation posts every other day.
I bet he had to trawl through the archives to find the picture of himself in full kit and on the pitch!
We've now started seeing longer form posts with a picture and a text image next to it:
I think he should just concentrate on getting himself fit to do his daytime job.Well I think what he is doing is brilliant.Using his online profile to spread good messages and vibes to those who look up to him.
More people in the public eye should use their platforms to do the same.
Well done Kev keep the positive messages coming
I would like to think he is doing.I think he should just concentrate on getting himself fit to do his daytime job.
I bet he is thinking about his property portfolio too. another thingyI would like to think he is doing.
Let’s not forget he will get down and depressed about his injury set backs himself.
If what he is doing keeps his mind healthy and raises his spirits then good for him plus it motivates others.
If we take that option we might be the most idiotic club in existence, was bad enough giving him a 2 year extension.Contract expires June 2023 with an option for 12 months ,hope he gets himself fit .
Some proper weird comments on here.
Nothing wrong with those tweets especially when men's mental health is on the rise.
The bloke might not be on the pitch much, but atleast he is trying to influence a positive change on social media. If you don't like it, don't read it.
Not 100% sure, but wasn’t Samuel Leeds the guy who basically scammed people into a pyramid scheme kind of thing, which led to an ex-soldier taking his own life.I guess a lot of the "positive thinking" stuff is from Samuel Leeds, a motivational property investor, coach, who is also a bit god squad..
As I have read, he has our Kev as a client.
Don’t bother reading it then Tango. No disrespect to him but I'm not really interested in reading that sort of thing, never mind from someone I follow because because he plays for the football team I support.
However, it's possible he's using it to help him think positively and focus on his recovery, in which case all power to him.
He’s got plenty of time to do bothI think he should just concentrate on getting himself fit to do his daytime job.
Maybe you should consider getting a more understanding boss. Hopefully you won’t be prevented from working in the future by circumstances outside your control.I can just imagine phoning in long term sick to my boss for the umpteenth time and then coming out with all that sh1t. In the real world its laughable.
.Don’t bother reading it then Tango.
He’s finding a way to mentally cope with the endless injuries he has been subject to and probably the death throes of his playing career. People bang on about his property business but he would probably swap that in a heartbeat for another five years playing.
Positive mental health is about finding and doing what helps you. Whatever that is.Positive mental health is about discussing, and processing reality in a rational way. I really despise this current wave of self-help influencer bollocks, where people talk as though there is a concrete right or wrong way to live, or worse act like they somehow know the answers. For people actually suffering it’s patronizing at best and isolating at worst. Leave the soapbox for those who have the expertise and the track record of helping vulnerable people. If you want to be part of the conversation, contribute and don’t dictate. Clarke Carlisle does a lot more for mental health by analyzing his experience and openly discussing it than any of these social media influencers do by forcing mental health issues through the shitpipe of search engine optimization, social media marketing, influence chasing. And it’s always these business cunts. And it’s because it’s trendy and it increases their exposure. They then use that to promote their brand.
He’s done more tweets in that thread than made appearances for Blackpool!Seen it mentioned a few times on here, for those without Twitter, Stewart has gone full LinkedIn influencer on twitter with mindset motivation posts every other day.
For God's sake someone types a nasty comment and the old stop, stop, think of their mental health bollocks raises its head.
What boils my piss are the people who actually have to live with this condition. How must they feel when everyone who is "a bit upset" by comments gets put in the same
That’s probably accurate unfortunatelyHe’s done more tweets in that thread than made appearances for Blackpool!
Fraud.
