Looked absolutely gutted at full time. Apologised and gave his shirt to the fans in the North.
He’s one who has nothing to apologise for, he can look in the mirror and know he gave it everything every week. For weeks on end he did nothing but chase lost causes, receive no service and kept going and going.
If the board are serious about bouncing back they should make it clear immediately that he’s not for sale. He’s a 25 goal a season man in League One, maybe more with the right service.
If he does go then best of luck to him, one of the best we’ve had for a while. A proper fan’s favourite.

14 goals in a relegation side is pretty impressive as well.
Sadly, I don't think he'll be here next season.
I really hope he stays, but deserves a move to play at a higher level if the opportunity arises.

There’s more chance of me playing for Blackpool than Jerry being denied a move to a club like Blackburn or some other Championship side. Blackpool won’t turn down a bid for a couple of million and hold the lad back from playing at the level he should be playing at. He’s played his last for BFC…for now at least.

Jerry has been one of the few bright sparks of this season, I'd say along with Lyons. He's just great, it's impossible to not like him and he never lets us down. As said, to score 14 in a side that has been so poor all season long is excellent, and I'd go as far as saying that if we did manage to keep him, it would massively enhance our prospects of a promotion season next year.
But all that said, I would really find it hard to begrudge him a move - he ought to be playing in the championship.

He clearly loves it at Blackpool and he knows we love him.

Hope he stays I really do but it wouldn’t surprise me if he did go and I don’t think many of us would begrudge that.

He deserves to be playing at championship level but hopefully he decides to stick around and we get back to the championship at the first time of asking.

He’ll be back for us someday but not for a few years and I wish him well but Blackburn please no
I honestly think if he got a massive wage offered from pne he wouldn’t go due to the love he has for BFC, any other team he goes to would be a job, that’s all, it’s obvious where his hearts at
