No because we don't get enough decent balls into the box

Would be a waste of time
That is the real problem, we have the strikers who would score loads more goals if we had players who could cross a ball. The fact that we have inverted wing backs makes it even more difficult and we have players who take set pieces who can't get it past the first defender, that's pathetic.

Rhodes was being penalized every time he made a challenge against Port Vale, Madine would have been given a Red Card with recent refs.
I would start with the defence, we need to be hard to defend against. If Marv is staying we need to go to a back four, Husband to left back
Gabriel to right back, and buy a big fast left-footed experienced centre half. I would also recruit a bigger goalkeeper who actually may come for crosses instead of being rooted to the goal line.

It was embarrassing that our wingbacks were being outplayed by two young kids at Port Vale that need sorting. I think we are also lacking a naturally left-footed midfielder and it shows when the current midfielders cannot whip in a cross with their left foot the first time on from the left wing.

If I was Sadler, I would put a freeze on transfer activity. Critchley will spend money trying to build a 3-5-2 formation which will never work. Therefore, with the season pretty much over, I'd spend nothing and review in the summer.

We are definitely missing Kenny Dougall. Norburn is not even a half player of Kenny, Morgan is playing himself into form but hes still a bit too fond of the worldy cross field pass which often goes awry, but thought he put himself about today physically, in a similar manner to the way kenny plays.

we look a bit short on strikers with bees, lavs and kouassi out, are there any of the youngsters who can step up.

I thought Morgan got better and better as the game went on today. It was good to see him really get stuck in, at times. He has a good range of passes and I'd hope he'd find his range with a prolonged run in the side. I've changed my opinion of him sinse Critch has stopped playing in an attacking midfield roll, as he did earlier in the season!

I can see it now ... Gary Madine being held aloft at Wembley after scoring the penalty which wins us the Play Off final 😁
