Is Sadler out of his comfort zone?

Football is about being decisive on and off the pitch. Has Sadler got what it takes to own a football club?

Don’t get me wrong as I’m glad he’s here and I’m sure he’s learning every day that passes. But being known as a ditherer isn’t a good tag to have in football. Be decisive and send Grayson packing.

He must be gutted at whacking a chunk of money in, taking on the club and ending up with a team taking 5 points from the last 12 games led by a beaten man. Needs to take decisive action

Here we go. It's time to have a go at the owner.
I'm sure if he was a ditherer he wouldn't have got where he's got in life.
Not having a go. Merely asking if he’s capable of being decisive in an unknown area to him. Is he not, albeit very wealthy, just a fan like the rest of us?! Ben Mansford needs to help Sadler at this time.

He needs to go but I don’t think for one minute Sadler will pot him.

He’s just given Grayson the backing to bring in 12 players and ship 11 out you just dont
Pot someone 2 games after the last players arrived.

We have a good side if the best is got out of them.

But Sadly the manager hasnt been getting the most out the players and it's not just the bad run weve had all season there hasnt been much improvement in a style of play.

I suspect it’ll be the boss who makes the call. Which is Ben Mansford. Otherwise the CEO is being undermined by the owner and immediately loses all accountability for what happens in the future.

The way I see it is for the first time in my lifetime I trust the people who run the club and especially the owner. It's up to him what he does and what he doesn't need is people telling him to sack the manager every two minutes or questioning if he's decisive enough.

He said himself he was going to have to learn from scratch. The problem s the first big decision he had to make was a new manager and his inexperience made him make a bad decision, a decision that will take sometime to rectify. He must know this and I can’t see Grayson lasting the week out. His next choice of manager has to be a lot better.

Sadler has shown both patience and the decisiveness needed of a great leader. Would have been easy to let it roll until the end of the month

I think it is harsh to criticise SS at this point. It is all new to him and he is probably relying a lot on Mansford for guidance. Yes SS got his first managerial appointment wrong. Showed his faith in a hasbeen. He will imo rectify his mistake. Look at all the improvements off the pitch that have been made in such a short space of time. All I had know in my lifetime supporting the Pool (29th season this season) was an Oyston ownership and in the main it was crap. Soul destroying at times. Simon has come in and is a breath of fresh air. I believe in him and he has the best interests of the club in his heart.
