Maybe he is? Nobody knows what is going on behind the scenes truthfully. All that has happened is Scrafton tweeted? Why would the club tell him Evo is not in the running?

Think it's all a load of drivel because he has nothing else to report on.
 
Somebody should send that video to the powers that be. I'd already read the report but that little video is quite powerful and inspiring, combine that with the Barrow stats and it seems ludicrous that they could dismiss off hand like they are reported to have done !!
 
Yep it's been doing the rounds that video but its exactly what we need and is the best for sales of tickets too.

Maybe someone at the club will see it and say hang on this guy could be the one.
 
As much as I would like Evatt to get the job, that video doesn't prove he should get it. I'm sure Nathan Jones, for one, could make similar claims in a similar video. A cynic would say he's made a promising start, but basically he's got some non league players including Scott Quigley to pass the ball about instead of lumping it forward. It's not proof in itself that he's the right man for the Blackpool job. I do like what I know about him though, and I think he''s the type of person who could do a solid job for us. What are the alternatives?
 
It's a no lose situation for SS, give the fans what they want and if it goes tits up, he can say told you so. However if Evatt puts a couple of thousand on the gate, wins some games playing football...winner, winner, chicken dinner.

Is this the turn around of the century? You've been his biggest cheerleader so far...
 
No, I would like him to be appointed, just don't think the YouTube video is that big a deal really. Kind of like these YouTube videos of players' best bits.
 
I can only assume a ‘ blue chip ‘ manager is lined up as otherwise you have to wonder why Evo isn’t at least being considered

Or he is on standby after Jones and they don't want to cause unrest at Barrow in the meantime.
 
Hopefully Rekt is right and we start again from scratch tomorrow, and that is code for Evatt gets considered again!
