I would just like to say..

Outside of all the discussion that will (rightfully) ensue of where's it gone wrong, what should have happened and what should happen from here..

Blackpool 'till I die 🍊

Plenty of the fair-weather fans will fuck off again. For most of us on here though, another League One tour next season - see you all there 👍
Think your in Manchester like me arnt you , I will still support the club , but will the owner support the club 🤷🤬😢🧡

I think we’ve all got a level of what we want to see and we should expect.

When the OP says that the fair-weather fans will fuck off again, maybe they will but it’s up to the club to do more to attract these (probably including me) back.

I want to see a structure off the pitch, an assurance that training ground and Bloomfield Rd plans are continuing and an honest assessment of where the squad is at including their plans to fill the gaps that are left.

You can’t say fans are fair-weather for looking for that commitment. I applaud fans that will go no matter what but not only is it blind-loyalty, it’s not reality.

Where do we want to go and how are we doing to do it? Over to you, Mr. Sadler.

I'm finished. No investment in the team so not wasting my money on the odd games when I take time of work watching shite.
Peeler wont like that. He'll watch any ole shite he's served up.

I think that's it Gloves. I just like to watch football as long as I can see shape structure, endeavour.

Blind loyalty , well that's all a bit ......

Blind loyalty is what being a proper supporter of any sports team means. You take the good times and the bad times and still support your club. Fans of Scunthorpe, Accrington, Hungerford Town and Hartlepool will be following their teams next season without conditions. Supporting a team is subjective and emotional. When it becomes a contract whereby the supporter demands assurances and evidence of investment before condescending to offer their support, then they might as well just opt for one of the Premiership megateams and forget real football sides altogether.

Who says I’m not going to support my club? I’m just going to wait for some clarity and assurance before handing over another 3-400 quid. It’s a 2-way thing. Certainly can’t decide that now. Like I say, each to their own and if you think those that have already decided to hand over their hard earned cash are ‘proper supporters’ that’s fine by me!

Really? Watching BFC since 78 and this team is dogshite.
Owner is clueless in appointments board level and management from day one bar with one exception being, hate to say it Critchley.
Been a complete fuck up of a season since MA appointed. You just carry on spending numb nuts. But until/if something changes next season i,d rather piss my money up a wall

Is it anything other than blind loyalty when you're a supporter? If you support a club you do it when times are good and bad. Most of us don't just support the club, we love it. Imagine being that entitled as a self proclaimed "fair weather supporter" that you're putting demands on the stadium, training ground and team when you probably haven't even got a season ticket. Unbelievable.

I’m sure some fans would like to see some Blackpool players they can relate to and not just a bunch of kids learning their trade. Whether true fans or not, the club have made it very easy for fans to turn their back. I did weeks ago.

We've had far worse times than this since 78....

Why would anyone want to pay money to watch that shite this season. Granted if you bought into the Appleton Revolution and had season tickets, you might as well go but for everyone else, it’s been too easy to stay away. I’ve never known a season where a loss was so predictable. That stops being fun after a while no matter how much you support the club.

Yes I do know. Been all over the country in the bad times and have the the shit kicked out of me on a few occasions.
Watched them apply for re-election and some good times until the scum got greedy. Boycotted like most and came back again but I can't justify spending hard earned money on crap football anymore.

The part timers can fuck off. come back when things are rosy !
Every club needs the part timers. It will the difference next season between a poor and decent gate. They should start with scrapping that membership bollocks. Any barrier is an excuse not to go.

You're obviously frustrated Nazzer, throwing the insults about.
Hope you get over it.
As others have said come back when the good times roll again.
Bet you wonder why it's all worth it eh!!
With over 50 years following Blackpool under my belt through good and bad, its called being a SUPPORTER

Visiting Bolton fan. I think we'll be resuming our fixtures next season because I can't see us being good enough to get through the play offs. We've been short of proper derbies this season as Accrington, Morecambe and Fleetwood don't quite cut it (even if the first of those have beaten us as often as we've beaten them including last Tuesday right out of the blue!).

Maybe somebody will finally win an away fixture in a match between our two clubs for the first time since the likes of Margaret Thatcher and James Callaghan were in No 10 and mobile phones were a pipe-dream!!

"Any ole shite", we've been relegated to League One - not the National League North. And it'd never be any old shite to me anyway, it's my football club.

Let's not dress it up now as if you're arsed about structure and endeavour, you admitted you're stopping attending until the "quality of the opposition improves".

Your logic could justify going and supporting Man City now they're the top dogs, you probably already support United/Liverpool as it is I imagine, whoever was successful when you were younger - Blackpool are just your plaything when they start doing alright.

I'm sure you won't be arsed about the quality of the opposition on our next playoff push or Wembley trip. See you back at Bloomfield Road then Mr. Fairweather 👋

It's always easier to justify not going once we drop down a division, that's what separates the fair weather and proper fans.

Football for me is more than just the results, it's the day out with the old man, the atmosphere, seeing mates. I find it quite easy to justify still going regardless of what division we're in.

Those justifications for not going will quickly dry up once we're back on a promotion charge, so its hard to deny being a fairweather fan isn't based in fickleness really is it? It happens at every football club but let's not try dress it up as anything else really.
