Firstly Wiz, I probably stop searched far more whites than blacks.
I remember one incident when I followed a car that failed to stop at a red light. Ended up down some back street in Cheetham and when the car stopped 4 black guys got out and came threateningly towards me.
I quickly appeased the situation by saying to the driver “Excuse me sir, is this your car?”
I can only assume they realised that I was a “good” cop and they’d had bad experiences elsewhere, but even so, there was certainly no need for the initial approach.
The irony in your reply is that how many knife crimes (with fatal consequences) are committed in the London area by blacks against blacks. They are in the papers every day.
A while back on Question Time one of the panel members was a black guy and knife crime was the topic for discussion
He said (quote) “Most knife crimes are committed by young black people against young black people; and I can say that because I am black.”

Yes, there is a lot knife crime committed by white people against white people; indeed there was a fatal stabbing in a nightclub in Birmingham last night. The victim was actually stabbed on the dance floor so the question to be asked is how the hell are they getting entry to clubs with weapons? A quick scan with a metal detector would stop all that.
By the same token earlier yesterday 2 black lads were stabbed in London in broad daylight; 1 sadly died, the other is in hospital. Offender? A black lad.
Police respond to reports of stabbings ever day. An offender is circulated as a black male etc.
What do you want the Police to do; stop every white person they come across?
Even when black cops stop black suspects they are accused of being racist.
Sadly, even nowadays, there is still racism but I can tell you Wiz there are far more good cops (who never get a mention) than the bad apples.
