Hull and covid

Saw some comments on a pool FB video a guy saying...

" you'll be lucky, Hull won't have enough players if isolation rules are compiled with.

Also said..." they declared 17 players unavailable on the 26th, suppose it depends how the 17 cases were broken down and if there have been any further cases since."

If game is on severely weakened team? Surely if their players were isolating or had covid they still be out from the 26th past tomorrow?

Anyone any ideas how they are shaping up?

🤷

On the 26th 16 might have had a day to go in isolation.

If it was in doubt we'd have heard by now.

Or they might have just gone in, given the efl rules one side could be largely a beyond 1st 11 side with youth no?

The game will be on. We are a wounded animal at the minute, they haven’t played for 10 days. We will give them a right towelling, can’t wait.
Yorkshire Bastards🙃

Hull is not actually in Yorkshire, even though they claim to be. It has been county borough since 1888, was part of Humberside and is now a unitary council. So administratively it has not been part of Yorkshire for over 130 years. . Hull is in Yorkshire in many ways, but it has it's own charter which distinguishes it from Yorkshire. Although its surrounded by East Yorkshire technically it has never been part of the county of Yorkshire. Its postal addresses can include east riding of yorkshire, and you can buy a sweatshirt proudly saying “Hull, Yorkshire" but strictly speaking it is NOT.

An easy way to wind the buggers up! 😛

The testing has to be completed by the evening before, with no testing on the day of the match. This allows more time to hopefully avoid unnecessary travel by clubs and supporters through earlier postponements. Can still call off the match early on the eay of the match. Personally, I think the deadline for calling off matches should be 5pm the day before.
